Eric Marquez (b. 1988 LA, CA, U.S.A.) is a multi-disciplinary artist working across iconoclastic aesthetic mixing cultural references and lived fragments into a layered visual language. Influenced by his Los Angeles chicano background and contemporary culture, his works reflect both personal memory and broader social undercurrents. He paints like he’s chasing ghosts, fragments of heritage, fleeting moments, and contradictions held together in tension. Order and disorder, beauty with scars, tradition in freefall. He is currently practicing between Gothenburg and Copenhagen.
